CL MOTORSPORT READY FOR ROUND 6 AT IMOLA

After a promising run at Paul Ricard, CL Motorsport is set for Round 6 of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine, taking place this weekend at the legendary Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, Italy.

The team continues with its established two-driver line-up: Michael Belov, who brought home points, and Zachary David, who is showing encouraging consistency in his season.

With a 4.9 km layout featuring elevation changes, tight chicanes, and limited run-off areas, Imola is one of the most technically demanding tracks on the calendar. Precision, track limits management, and qualifying performance will play a key role in determining results across the weekend.

David Li, CL Motorsport’s Team Owner Representative, commented:

“Paul Ricard gave us another push in the right direction. We’re approaching Imola with confidence, but also with respect for the complexity of this circuit. Both drivers are progressing well, and the goal is clear: keep scoring and make the most of every opportunity.”

Michael Belov said:

“We’ve had a good rhythm over the last few rounds. Imola is a track that punishes mistakes, so it’s important to be sharp from the very first lap. I feel ready and motivated to keep the points coming.”

Zachary David added:

“Every race is a learning experience, and I’m enjoying the challenge. Imola is a circuit that requires full focus, and I think we have what it takes to be in the mix if we get things right from the start.”

Track activity starts on Thursday, followed by Collective Tests, Qualifying and Race sessions across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
