The Team Looks Ahead to Home Round at Monza After Challenging Spa Weekend

The third round of the FIA Formula Regional European Championship took CL Motorsport to the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit, where the team faced one of the most demanding weekends of the season so far.

Adverse weather conditions played a major role throughout the event, with persistent rain and difficult track conditions limiting track action and preventing the team from fully showcasing its potential. The challenging circumstances ultimately led to the cancellation of one race session, significantly impacting the weekend’s running.

Despite the setbacks, CL Motorsport’s drivers and crew remained focused on maximizing every opportunity available, working tirelessly to extract the best possible performance in constantly changing conditions. While the results did not reflect the team’s true pace, the experience gained will prove valuable as the season progresses.

Spa-Francorchamps once again demonstrated why it is one of the most challenging circuits on the calendar, testing drivers and teams alike with its unpredictable weather and demanding layout. CL Motorsport leaves Belgium with important lessons learned and a clear determination to come back stronger.

The team’s attention now shifts to the next round of the championship, which will take place at Monza from 19-21 June. The Italian venue represents CL Motorsport’s home event and a particularly significant weekend for the entire organization.

With renewed motivation and the support of a home crowd, the team is already hard at work preparing for what promises to be a crucial round of the FIA Formula Regional European Championship.

CL Motorsport is determined to turn the challenges faced at Spa into momentum for Monza, where the objective will be to demonstrate the team’s full potential and continue its development throughout the 2026 season.
