Dutch racing driver René Lammers will join CL Motorsport for a one-off appearance for the Italian round of theFIA Formula Regional European Championship, set to take place this weekend at the iconic Imola circuit.
Born on 12 July 2008 in Leiden, The Netherlands, Lammers arrives at CL Motorsport with a great racing background between cars and karting. Lammers is the 2023 FIA Karting European Champion and FIA World Vice-Champion in OK, and he has successfully made his mark in single-seaters over the past two seasons, establishing himself as a frequent front-runner, race winner, and rookie title contender.
The Imola event will mark another valuable step in Lammers’ single-seater progression as he prepares for the next stages of his career, teaming up with CL Motorsport for one of the most demanding rounds on the Formula Regional calendar.
